Some aspects of the hotel could be improved upon, with occasional maintenance oversights noted in some of the rooms.

Views and location, all was VERY GOOD. There's Peking Noodle House within 15 minutes walk or so, loved their menu. The room had its own little balcony.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the center of the old town and close to all the bars and shops. Secondly, we were impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. They were always there to help, and made us feel at home. Thirdly, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed, including balconies with great views. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and couldn't find anything to complain about.

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by restaurants, markets, and shops. We appreciated the quietness of the area despite being only 15 minutes away from all the attractions. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfy. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with spectacular views of the mountains and the option of having a tailored breakfast set.

The lack of blackout curtains in some of the rooms was not ideal, which made it challenging to sleep in. the AC or heating systems did not work correctly, which made the temperature in some rooms uncomfortable.
